The Bread Room is a bakery, workshop, and event space from James Beard Award-winning restaurateur Ellen Yin and High Street Hospitality Group.
Led by Head Chef Christina McKeough and Head Baker Kyle Wood, The Bread Room offers over 20 handmade viennoiseries and baked goods daily, blending classic and modern techniques. Signature breads include a house-milled local grain miche (sold by the pound) and a rotating selection of High Street’s whole grain sourdough loaves.
By night, the bakery transforms into a cozy workshop and event space with hands-on classes like sourdough 101, lamination, and pizza making—a beloved staple from sister concept High Street.

By evening, The Bread Room transforms from bakery to classroom, hosting intimate, hands-on workshops led by our talented professional team. Each class is a chance to roll up your sleeves, learn new techniques, and share in the joy of making something from scratch—ingrained in our passion for the craft, ingredients and our community.
Weekly classes will cover sourdough, baguettes, lamination, pizza-making, kids’ classes, holiday baking sessions, private group workshops and beyond. Our current offerings will be frequently updated and listed on our OpenTable page. Every class is personal, interactive, and rooted in The Bread Room’s commitment to being a community-centric space.
